The Psychedelic Science Conference is a biennial event organized by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), and features presentations by leading researchers and advocates in the field of psychedelics, covering a wide range of related topics, as well as the ethical, legal, and cultural implications of their research and use. The conference has been held every two years since 2013. Policy Stage at Psychedelic Science Conference, Colorado Convention Center

David Bronner, Cosmic Engagement Officer of Dr. Bronner’s, will review pathways and policy strategies for integrating psychedelic medicines and therapies into U.S. society. This talk will discuss pros and cons of regulated access vs. self-regulating communities and churches in the context of decriminalization; and examine which populations are served, and broader questions of equitable access, as well as impacts on Indigenous sources of medicine.

 

Deep Space: Experiential Art Zone

Deep Space is an interactive art zone and lounge where attendees can engage in yoga and movement, music, dancing, exercises to promote social-connection, storytelling, and much more. Deep Space aims to provide a respite from main stage conference sessions.
