Orders

  • We do not accept orders placed over the phone.
  • We accept the following payment options: PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
  • Sales tax applies to orders shipped to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.
  • Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R011228197
  • We do not process orders exceeding $650.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • Our top priority is getting your order to your door as quickly and as safely as possible. Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately. After an order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes.

Shipping Policies

  • We offer free shipping via FedEx SmartPost for all continental United States orders with a minimum purchase of $45.
  • Orders under $45 will be charged for shipping. 
  • For free shipping orders, please allow up to 10 business days for FedEx to pick up your shipment and update your tracking. 
  • FedEx does not deliver SmartPost shipments on weekends or holidays.
  • All orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 p.m., weekends, or federal holidays, will begin processing the following business day. 
  • We do not require a signature for any deliveries. 
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. 
  • We offer FedEx SmartPost for military addresses (APO & FPO). 
  • Weight-based rates are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 
  • Shipping costs for all Canadian orders will vary by order.  
  • At checkout, exact Canadian shipping costs will be determined based on weight and number of items ordered. 
  • For orders outside the United States and Canada, please contact one of our International Distributors.

Chocolate

  • All chocolate orders will be shipped out Monday – Wednesday via FedEx 2-day Express or FedEx Ground, depending on your proximity to our shipping facilities. 
  • In the warmer months, all chocolate orders are shipped with ice packs to prevent melting. 
  • As military addresses require SmartPost delivery, we do not ship our chocolate to military addresses (APO & FPO) due to potential transit time.  
  • Due to transit time, we do not ship our chocolate to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or other countries at this time. 

Damages

  • If your order is damaged, please contact us online or call us at 1-844-937-2551 within 72 hours of the delivery.

Personal Care Products 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

At All-One-God-Faith, Inc. dba Dr. Bronner’s (“Dr. Bronner’s”), we do right by our customers by standing behind our cosmic principles, products, and quality. If you are not satisfied with a Dr. Bronner’s personal care product that is purchased from drbronner.com or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may contact Dr. Bronner’s for assistance within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Dr. Bronner’s 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for food products or products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States. 

How To Claim the Guarantee 

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact our Customer Experience team online or call us at 1-844-WeR-All1 (1-844-937-2551), Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST, within 45 days of the date of purchase. When contacting our team, be sure to have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product, proof of purchase, images of your product (if possible), and your reason for your dissatisfaction.   

Guarantee Guidelines 

Dr. Bronner’s reserves the right to verify information, to require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Dr. Bronner’s concludes that the purchaser has abused the Dr. Bronner’s 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Dr. Bronner’s may amend or terminate the Dr. Bronner’s 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
