Orders
- We do not accept orders placed over the phone.
- We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
- Sales or use tax applies to orders shipped to all states, with the exception of: AK, DE, MT, NH, OR
- Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R011228197
- We do not process orders exceeding $650.
Cancellations and Modifications
- Our top priority is getting your order to your door as quickly and as safely as possible. Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately. After an order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes.

Due to a high volume of orders, shipping delays can be expected after our Cyber Monday promotion and through the holiday season. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work hard to ensure orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible.
- We offer free shipping via FedEx SmartPost for all United States orders with a minimum purchase of $49, except for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- Weight-based rates are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- Orders must be $49 or over, after discounts are applied, to be eligible for free shipping.
- Orders under $49 will be charged for shipping.
- For free shipping orders, please allow up to 10 business days for FedEx to pick up your shipment and update your tracking.
- FedEx does not deliver Ground Economy shipments on weekends or holidays.
- All orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 p.m. PST, weekends, or federal holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
- We do not require a signature for any deliveries.
- We do not ship to Canada, P.O. Boxes, Freight Forwarders, or military addresses (APO & FPO).
- For orders outside the United States, please contact one of our International Distributors.

Satisfaction Guarantee
At All-One-God-Faith, Inc. dba Dr. Bronner’s (“Dr. Bronner’s”), we do right by our customers by standing behind our cosmic principles, products, and quality. If you are not satisfied with a Dr. Bronner’s personal care product purchased from drbronner.com or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may contact Dr. Bronner’s for assistance within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Dr. Bronner’s 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for food products or products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Start a Return and Claim a Guarantee
To start a return or submit a Guarantee request, please contact our Customer Experience team online or call us at 1-844-WeR-All1 (1-844-937-2551), Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST, within 45 days of the date of purchase. When contacting our team, be sure to have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product, proof of purchase, images of your product (if possible), and your reason for your dissatisfaction.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and returns cannot be dropped off to our Headquarters.
Once we have received your return and are eligible for the Guarantee, we will issue your refund or replacement product.
If you request a refund and purchased your product from drbronner.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. We will notify you via email or phone when this transaction has occurred.
If you purchase your product from one of our authorized sellers, we recommend that you first contact our authorized seller because you may be entitled to a refund or product replacement under the authorized seller’s policies.

Guarantee Guidelines
Dr. Bronner’s reserves the right to verify information, to require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Dr. Bronner’s concludes that the purchaser has abused the Dr. Bronner’s 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Dr. Bronner’s may amend or terminate the Dr. Bronner’s 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.

When shopping on the Amazon marketplace, please note that our only two authorized sellers are Dr. Bronner’s and Wishing U Well, Inc. If you have experienced an issue with an Amazon order, please reach out to the vendor you purchased from by visiting the vendor’s Amazon profile and selecting the “Ask a Question” button. From there you may start a dialog with the vendor about your order. Otherwise, you can visit the vendor’s website and reach out to them directly for assistance.
All Amazon damages, returns, and replacements, including returns purchased from the Dr. Bronner’s Amazon storefront, are not handled by drbronner.com and must be handled through Amazon.com. Please reach out to Amazon directly for any Amazon return requests or order assistance.
