Edgar’s Mission is a sanctuary for rescued farmed animals, founded in 2003 as part of an effort to highlight the plight of factory farmed pigs in Australia. Based in Victoria, Edgar’s Mission also run nation-wide education programs, including the hugely popular Be Kind to Animals Week.
Dr. Bronner’s Australia has supported Edgar’s Mission with funding to expand the reach of Be Kind to Animals Week with print and online educational materials, and Kindness Kits distributed at libraries across the country.
