March 1, 2013
The super hydrating Dr. Bronner’s Baby Mild range is perfect for babies, children and anyone with extra sensitive skin or allergies. Products within this range include liquid soap and body balm – especially great for those bitter cold conditions when the skin is prone to be extra dry, flaky and cracked.
The magic of Dr. Bronner’s Liquid Soap is its affordability and versatility, with 18 uses from 1 bottle. No matter whether you are having a shower or cleaning your kitchen, the baby mild liquid soap is ideal for everything and anything with its odourless scent. The recipe is based on a simple, ecological, vegetable based formulation, named after the Castile region of Spain where olive oil soaps were invented long ago.
The organic Baby Mild Balm is perfect to use after you have showered/bathed with the Dr. Bronner’s Baby Mild soap, as it restores and moisturises skin without being greasy. Based on pure organic oils and beeswax free of petro-chemically modified ingredients, the organic jojoba oil with organic beeswax avocado and hemp oils soothes dry skin leaving it soft and silky.
The Dr. Bronner’s range is certified to the same USDA national organic standards that certify foods in which consumers rightly trust to ensure the organic integrity of organic labelled products.
Also available in Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Citrus, Almond, Rose, Lavender and Tea Tree which can even be used to treat minor cuts and grazes.
Dr. Bronner’s is available UK nationwide including Liberty, select Waitrose stores and leading health shops including Planet Organic and Whole Foods

Notes to editors:
Dr. Emanuel Bronner was a third generational soap maker who spent his life renouncing hate and war on a personal mission to unite mankind by giving public lectures on the message of world peace and the dangers of communism and fascism, following the death of his family in the Holocaust. His strong views landed him in a mental asylum in Chicago, but eight months later in 1948 Bronner escaped and continued giving lectures in California. He also began making peppermint liquid soap under the ‘Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps’ brand. He gave away soap during his talks and when he realized people were taking it without listening to him speak, he started writing his philosophy on the bottle in tiny script, which is still used on Bronner’s packaging today. Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps celebrated their 60th anniversary last year and are currently the top-selling natural brand of soap in North America.
Despite Bronner’s death in 1997 his products continue to flourish under his son Ralph, daughter in-law Trudy and grandsons David and Michael, with an ever growing fan base including Drew Barrymore, Eminem, Sandra Bullock and Bobbi Brown.
