Who You Are & What You’ll Do

You’re a natural when it comes to home and building repair. You’re most in your element when troubleshooting and fixing things. You’re not afraid to tackle big projects, whether they involve electrical, plumbing, or structural maintenance and repair. You take pride in your workmanship and in completing tasks in  the most safe and effective way.

Your duties will include to:

  •  Conduct general maintenance of  interior and exterior repairs of building, property, building systems, and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, fire protection, and other systems
  • Perform general maintenance, which may include carpentry, plastering, painting, glazing, roofing, flooring, landscaping, masonry, and welding
  • Work independently to perform preventative maintenance following written schedules and procedures
  • Assemble and test various mechanical devices and systems

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5 years of experience in home, industrial, or commercial repair
  • Ability to use electrical  tools and electrical drawings and blueprints
  • Knowledge of HVAC and other mechanical equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring and operating principles of motors
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material
  • Ability to  diagnose and resolve problems and use hand and power tools


  • Proven experience as an electrician
  • EPA CFC certification
